These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8999t ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8999t website located at https://8999t.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the 8999t service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3.2 Account Security & Password

• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8999t Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using 8999t for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. 8999t maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback after depositing funds and using them for gaming. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the disputed amount recovered through available legal means.

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
